How does it work?

Selling your house with us is easy. You can either get in touch directly over the phone or by using our online valuation form to get started. Our team of property buyers will contact you within 24 hours with an offer in principle. The offer may be subject to change upon inspection.

How do we value properties?

Once you have requested a valuation, an initial offer in principle will be made to you.
If you accept the offer, our asset management company will then instruct two local estate agents, who know your area and the current market inside out, to value your property. This will usually be followed with a survey by an RICS chartered surveyor.
There are NO COSTS OR OBLIGATIONS for sellers throughout this process.

How much do we pay?

Each property is unique and individual. We will pay you a lump sum based on the valuation of your property. We offer up to 80% of a property’s value for a direct purchase, in return we can have the money in your bank within 14 days, sometimes less. If this isn’t feasible we do offer other options whereby you can expect to receive a higher offer, however this is a slower process involving third-party buyers, something to bear in mind for sellers looking to sell a property QUICKLY.
